Hotel Accounting Integration in PHP
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m extending our existing MYSOFT INDIA hotel management platform and need a solid accounting module written in PHP that drops straight into the current code-base.
Core functions I must see working:
• Accurate expense tracking tied to departments, rooms and events
• Real-time revenue management that pulls figures automatically
• Built-in tax calculation that respects multiple GST slabs and service charges
The code has to talk smoothly with three live data streams we already run: our booking system, the in-house POS and the separate payroll service. Clean REST or GraphQL endpoints are acceptable as long as they’re fully documented.
Reporting is critical. I want a one-click daily financial summary, a detailed month-end performance analysis and the freedom to build custom reports from any ledger field without touching the code.
Deliverables:
1. PHP source (PSR-12 compliant) plus database schema/migrations
2. API layer for booking, POS and payroll data pulls
3. Report engine with the three outputs above, templated in HTML/PDF
4. Setup script and deployment notes for our LAMP stack
5. Brief user guide and inline DocBlocks for future devs
