I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a robust backend for a small healthcare platform. The backend should include:

User Management: Secure registration, login, and profile management for users.
Appointment Scheduling: System for booking, modifying, and canceling appointments.
Patient Records: Secure storage and management of patient health records.

Additionally, the backend needs to integrate with a payment gateway and cloud storage services. We prefer using an SQL database.
