Senior Mobile & Backend Developer Needed for Fintech MVP (Android + Backend)

I am building a fintech MVP focused on digital wallet infrastructure and distributed cash access operations in emerging markets.

The system will include:

• Consumer Android application
• Agent Android application
• Backend transaction infrastructure
• Admin/operations dashboard

Core functionality includes:

• wallet management
• internal transfers
• cash-in / cash-out operations
• token/voucher workflows
• transaction history
• real-time notifications
• role-based access
• agent operations

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer or small team capable of designing and developing scalable financial transaction systems.

Preferred stack:

• Flutter (mobile)
• Node.js or GoLang (backend)
• PostgreSQL
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS/GCP)

Experience required:
• fintech/payment systems
• transactional architectures
• wallet/ledger systems
• secure authentication
• REST APIs
• real-time transaction handling
• scalable backend systems

Nice to have:
• offline-first thinking
• low-connectivity optimization
