Finalize Backend & API Fixes

My web application is feature-complete on the surface, but two technical pieces still hold us back: persistent API connectivity hiccups and an authentication flow that refuses to stay reliable. I need a developer who can step in, diagnose, and close these final gaps so we can move straight to launch.

Right now the external API calls intermittently timeout or return malformed data, even though database and network links appear healthy. On top of that, user sessions occasionally fail to validate, forcing unexpected logouts. Your task is to stabilize both areas and give the whole backend a final polish.
