AI Field Service MVP Build

Job ID: 39887439

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

Project Description

We’re building Nexa, an AI-powered platform for managing field service and on-site repair operations.
The MVP must cover the full operational flow — from order creation to completion — and include first integrations with routing and field data capture. The system connects technicians (“masters”) and B2B clients, automates logistics, captures verified photo/video evidence for each job, and provides real-time visibility via a lightweight internal dashboard.

Scope of Work (MVP, up to 1 month; target ~3 weeks)

Master onboarding & profiles
• Role-based access (Master / Operator / Admin), verification, rating.

Order workflow
• Create → Assign → Track → Complete; live status updates; notes/history.

AI Documentor Layer (ADL)
• Upload/tag photos & videos with GPS + timestamp.
• Mandatory evidence before closing an order; link media to order.

AI Route Engine (base)
• Smart assignment of nearby masters considering workload, rating, SLA.
• Route optimization via Google Maps / OpenStreetMap.

Mini CRM / Dashboard
• Orders list, SLA tracking, master performance, quick filters.

Telegram bot integration
• Notifications + basic commands for masters (accept/arrive/complete).

Preferred Tech Stack

Backend: Python (FastAPI) or Node.js (Nest.js)

Frontend: React / Next.js (PWA-ready)

Mobile: Flutter or React Native (single codebase)

DB: PostgreSQL + Redis (caching, queues)

Cloud: AWS / GCP (containerized deployment)

Auth & Security: JWT, HTTPS, encrypted media storage, RBAC

Architecture should be modular and clean; each module isolated and ready to scale.

Deliverables

Working MVP (web + mobile) matching the scope

Staging deployment with basic monitoring/logging

Source code in private repo + concise docs (API, data model, architecture diagram)

Short “next steps” note on scaling/performance

Selection Process (2 steps — both short and unpaid)

Test 1 — Architecture Design (~1.5 h):
Provide a concise modular scheme showing how ADL, Route Engine, and the dashboard/CRM connect via APIs (components, data flows, storage, auth).

Test 2 — Prototype Challenge (6–8 h):
Build a minimal flow:
Create order → Assign master → Capture ADL photo/video → Close order
(Seed data or simple mocks allowed; clarity and code quality valued.)

Budget & Timeline

Budget: ~USD 2,300 (fixed for MVP)

Timeline: Up to 1 month (target completion ~3 weeks)

Long-term collaboration possible for post-MVP modules.
