Extending a microservice for email notification in different languages, spring boot

As a user I would like to have the possibility to receive my e-mail notifications in the other offered languages. Currently the notifications are only available in German, this should be extended to English and Chinese.
-Create email templates for each language
-Expand BusinessUnits (pairs)
-expand JUnit test cases
