Experienced Individual Backend Developer

I am looking for an individual and experienced backend developer (no agencies, no teams — please do not apply if your profile says "I have a team").
This project is for building the complete backend for a Flutter mobile app. The frontend of the app will be handled by a separate Flutter developer — your focus will be solely on the backend and API development.
Preferred backend technology: Node.js (or other modern frameworks, but not Laravel/PHP).
Required Features & Scope:
You will be responsible for building the backend infrastructure including all necessary APIs and integrations, such as:
User management (registration, login, profile settings)
Payment integration (Stripe, PayPal)
Veriff API integration (for user identity verification)
Customizable fee settings / commission logic
Media management (handling user-uploaded files & content)
Ticket & support system
User payout requests (integration with payment provider)
Dispute management system
Admin panel functionality for managing users & content
Secure, scalable API structure for Flutter app consumption
Requirements:
Strong experience in backend development (Node.js preferred)
Proven experience with API design & third-party integrations
Security best practices for user data and payments
Clean, well-documented code
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Clear communication skills (English)
