Experienced Back End Developer
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are looking to hire 1 amazing Back-End Developer to join us full-time. The best fit for the position has the following skills, characteristics, and experience.

You have 5+ years experience as a Web Developer with expert-level knowledge and experience with PHP, MySQL, GIT, Codeigniter + learning / integrating with 3rd-party APIs. You can be a Full Stack developer with the “full picture” view but are ok with focusing more on the backend.
You’re comfortable planning and communicating throughout the day with team members, contributing ideas, guiding them, and developing your leadership potential in the process.
It’s a PLUS if you have experience withVueJS, Pen-Testing/Security or Defensive Coding, Linux/CLI, and 3rd party APIs like Stripe, Facebook, ActiveCampaign, OpenAI, etc.
Also, a plus if you have any Dev Team Management experience too (The Right Person in this position could grow into a Management/CTO level role)

Web developer with a deep knowledge of PHP, and experience working with WordPress or doing WordPress related site maintenance.
Has empathy to users and customer-focused.
Has good English communication skills.
Can demonstrate proficiency in GIT, htaccess, file permissions for security purposes, new plugins, 301 redirects, server admin, and experience with the Codeigniter Framework.
You like to learn about new plugins, web apps, and various APIs
Should possess a positive, and solution-oriented attitude.Can help us regularly update our company website and implement tweaks on a weekly, ongoing basis.
Enjoys working within our process while also contributing ideas, constructive feedback, and positive energy to the larger team.
