Enhance Shopping Website Backend

Backend Development for shopping website

Project Description:
I recently completed a backend project and I’m looking for a skilled freelancer to help me improve, expand, or refactor it. The project currently includes:

Secure user authentication and authorization system (JWT/OAuth).

Database design and integration (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB).

RESTful APIs for handling [products/orders/users/…].

Error handling and validation.

Deployment on [Heroku/AWS/DigitalOcean/…].


What I need done now:

Code review and optimization.

Adding new features ([e.g., payment gateway integration, admin dashboard API, real-time notifications]).

Improving performance and security.

Writing unit and integration tests.

Documentation for future developers.


Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of backend frameworks (Node.js/Express or Python/Django/Flask).

Experience with relational and non-relational databases.

API design and best practices.

Git and version control.

Deployment and CI/CD pipelines (bonus).
