Embeddable CV Design Tool Development

I'm in need of a seasoned developer to create a CV design tool. This tool will enhance my job search application by allowing users to have customizable CV templates. The customization level will allow our users to edit beyond the standard of font, color and size. Users should also be able to manipulate sections and layout for their CVs. It's a pivotal aspect in enabling our users to stand out in their job search. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing similar types of tools that enhance user experience and differentiation in highly competitive markets.
