Email enrichment

Hello, I am curious to know how difficult it would be to create a tool (please ask me for a reference tool in private, I basically want a 1:1 copy of it, but cannot post the link here in public). It’s basically a tool for email enrichment that uses different enrichment providers and does so by using their API.
So basically in email enrichment, there are different providers and each of them offers a different tool. Using only one provider often only results in finding 50% of your clients' emails (your input is first/last name, company name). That’s why using different providers is smart to do, thus often finding up to 80% of emails.
Now, the tool I want, links those providers and first uses one tool, and for those leads where an email has not been found, another tool is used. So you basically input a CSV with the abovementioned inputs, implement the APIs of the providers, request their output, and what you get out is a CSV/Excel, that helps have the emails included that the provider tools have found
