Go Dev Partners for Backend System

I'm seeking experienced Go developers or backend teams to co-create a backend system for a new project. This is not a freelance gig, but a long-term, collaborative build.

Key Requirements:
- Strong Go skills
- U.S. citizens only
- Preferably near Benbrook, TX (remote OK with significant time zone overlap)

We will work on:
- Database management
- API development
- Authentication and security

Familiarity with Docker is a must.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Go and backend development
- Experience with Docker
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work within a flexible but overlapping schedule with Benbrook, TX
