- Development / Customization Dell (now Quest/ One Identity) IDM solution
- Familiar with Joiner, mover and leavers process and IAM technologies
- Understanding of IDM architecture, data flows, Identity Provisioning workflows, SCIM/ API developments, DB queue issue handling
- Reasonable working experience with directories (e.g. AD, AAD) and SAP provisioning
