Debugging 500 Internal Error in Express.js API [ Google Cloud ]

I'm facing an issue with my Express.js backend API application. The API is deployed in Cloud Run as an artifact registry container and is connected to a PostgreSQL database on Google Cloud SQL.

The problem is a 500 Internal Error occurring in the Development environment. This error seems to trigger when fetching data from the API. There have also been recent changes to the API and the database schema, which could potentially be contributing to this issue.
