Customize A Bus Booking script -- 2

I have this Laravel scripts:

We are looking for customization to make it a Bus Marketplace/Aggregator and to add:
1#End-User role, which through the frontend he can book ticket, compare between all tickets provided from different company..etc
- Easy Ticket Booking similar to this one (https://script.viserlab.com/viserbus).
- Booking Logs.
- Support Ticket Desk (already in the script, just to allow attaching a recent ticket booking number in the request).

2#Revenue model:
- The admin of the platform will earn by charging commission.
- The admin can manually enter a different commission for the individual bus company/ operator.
- Admin can add an additional fee (e.g: administrators fees, Tax..etc) which can be applied for ticket and package as well

3#Android & iOS apps using Flutter:
- To save the cost and time we can use a ready made UI template:
(I have a lot of options , I can provide it later on)

4# Multi language (Via using Laravel Localization kit/package).

That is the main thing we need right now..
