Important:
I already have experience with Electron, React, Node.js, backend development, dashboards, APIs, authentication systems and database integration.

I am NOT looking for a web developer.

I need a developer specialized in Chromium source code and browser-level development.

Project Scope (Phase 1):

* Build Chromium from source.
* Create custom browser branding (name, logo, icons).
* Generate Windows x64 build.
* Generate macOS ARM64 build.
* Provide source code and build instructions.
* Provide clean project structure for future updates.
