Custom CRM Application Development

I’m ready to move forward with full-cycle development of a stand-alone customer relationship management application. The goal is to replace my current patchwork of spreadsheets and third-party tools with a single, cohesive platform that centralises contact records, tracks interactions, schedules follow-ups, and generates simple performance reports.

You will take the lead on back-end and front-end development, advising on the most suitable tech stack before we commit. A clean, intuitive interface is important, but the heart of the project is robust functionality: fast search across contacts, role-based access control, automated reminders, and an activity timeline that logs emails, calls, and notes. The finished build should be secure, responsive, and easy to extend so new modules—like marketing automation or inventory links—can slot in later without a ground-up rewrite.

Deliverables are straightforward:
• Production-ready source code in a private repository
• A concise setup guide and user manual
• A short walkthrough video so my team can get up to speed quickly
