Create website

Main fuctionality of applicaiton is to get together people from IT to one place and help them to Connect and recommend them to another IT companies. User should be Able to chat with another user by ‚messenger’ on website and look for interested him company and open posiitions by search lookup on home page. On home page should be table with top rated user who referre the biggest amount of peaople and hale the best rating from users. (User can evaluate person who recommend him after whole process)
Application should have abilitty to start recomendation Process and on the end be able to Rank eachother by stars.
