Create desktop/web app for posting to Instagram and switching accounts + DM functionality

I will provide all UI/UX/specs, looking for a developer to create a web app which allows me to sign in to 50 different Instagram accounts at the same time, toggle between them all, as well as connecting to the Instagram API to allow me to post videos/photos from a computer instead of a mobile app, similar to how www.hootsuite.com does

Also need to be able to send DMs and follow other accounts, just show the instagram.com pages for this
