I’m building a new website where the primary goal is to publish and manage written and multimedia content with ease. Think of it as a lightweight CMS rather than a full-blown e-commerce or social network. The essential need is a modern, responsive web application that lets me create, edit, schedule, and organise posts from an intuitive dashboard while presenting them cleanly to visitors on the public-facing side.
Here’s how I see the first phase:
• A secure user-friendly admin area for creating and editing posts, uploading images/video, tagging, and scheduling
• A fast front-end that renders content beautifully on desktop and mobile
• Basic search and category filtering for readers
• Solid authentication, role management, and SEO-friendly routing
• Clean, well-commented code in a mainstream stack (Laravel, Django, Next.js, or whatever you’re strongest in)
• A git repo plus straightforward deployment scripts (Docker, Vercel, Netlify, or similar)
• Concise setup & usage documentation so I can maintain the project once delivered
