Description:
We are looking for an experienced EHR (Electronic Health Record) developer who can work on a full end-to-end EHR system. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and integrating complete EHR modules, including but not limited to:
Patient Management (registration, demographics, medical history)
Provider/Organization Setup
Encounter & Documentation (progress notes, SOAP notes, care plans, templates)
Billing & RCM (claims, insurance verification, payment posting, denials, clearinghouse integration)
Labs & Referrals (lab orders, results, e-prescription integration)
Care Management (RPM, CCM, PCM workflows)
Compliance (HIPAA, FHIR, HL7 standards)
Communication Tools (reminders, patient portal, SMS/email/VoIP integration)
Reporting & Analytics
Requirements:
Strong experience in developing EHR/EMR systems (please share portfolio or live demos if available)
Knowledge of HL7/FHIR standards, HIPAA compliance
Backend: Node.js, .NET, or similar
Frontend: React/Angular (preferred)
Database: MySQL/MongoDB/AWS RDS
Experience with clearinghouses (Claim.MD, Availity, Office Ally, etc.) is a big plus
Ability to deliver a scalable, secure, and user-friendly system
