Compliance Engine Development for Professional Ecosystem

Job ID: 40395418

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Subject: Inquiry: Building a scalable, multi-industry compliance engine
Dear Coders

I am looking for a lead developer to help me build the backend engine for a professional ecosystem platform. I already have the complete UI/UX designed, but I need a serious engineering brain to build the logic beneath it.
At its core, it is a compliance tracker that monitors professional and routine documents.
I will give examples of teachers, to put things into perspective. The system will flag documents as up-to-date, expiring, or missing;
-The document can be career protecting registration documents like CEU credits, health certificates, academic certificates, police checks, immigration wok permits etc,
-Routine weekly records like Head of department Reports, Incident reports, Trip Reports, Tutor-Tutee Reports, Boarding House Reports etc;
-HR related documents like disciplinary warnings, overdue o unpaid salaries, etc
However, the app expands into a full ecosystem:
-an e-commerce marketplace, (adverts will be carried to promote third party goods and services)
-a curated job board,
-leave/HR management, a community forum,
and integrations with WhatsApp, Razorpay, and M-Pesa, among other, to faicilitate payments.
The ideal website for the purpose is already designed, using Macaly, you will need to tie up your code to the links on the website
The most critical technical requirement is adaptability. I don’t want a system built just for teachers. I need a dynamic rule engine where I can upload new regulatory requirements and instantly adapt the platform for pharmacists, pilots, or any other regulated industry.
I am looking for developers who get excited by complex database schemas and scalable architecture. If that were you, I would love to chat.
When you reply, could you please?
Share 1-2 examples of complex, multi-tenant platforms or ecosystems you have built.
Give me a rough ballpark budget for coding the backend engine and integrating my finished UI.
I want to build a Process Street-style workflow engine, but pre-populated with dynamic industry regulations and wrapped in a community marketplace.
Looking forward to hearing from you,

Moses Sati
