Complete Ride-Hailing App Solution Needed for my startup

**What we are looking for**
A complete, launch-ready ride-hailing solution including:
- Rider app (iOS + Android)
- Driver app (iOS + Android)
- Admin / dispatch web panel
- Backend APIs and database

**Core features required**
- Phone/OTP + social login, rider and driver onboarding with document upload
- Real-time GPS tracking, nearby driver matching, ETA and route display
- Fare estimation, surge/peak pricing, multiple ride categories
- Scheduled rides, ride cancellation and rating/review flow
- In-app payments (card + wallet + cash), driver earnings and payout tracking
- Push notifications, in-app chat/call masking
- Admin panel: driver approval, commission settings, trip logs, reports, promo codes

**Technical requirements**
- Clean, documented source code with full IP transfer on purchase
- Modern stack (e.g. Flutter/React Native front end, Node.js/Laravel backend) — please specify yours
- Google Maps or Mapbox integration, replaceable API keys
- Scalable architecture with deployment documentation

2. Tech stack and third-party dependencies
3. Licensing model — single-domain licence vs full source code with IP transfer, and pricing for each
4. What is included post-purchase (installation, branding setup, app store deployment, support period)

6. Examples of live apps already running on this codebase
