Mobile App & Web Dashboard & OCCP communication integration– EV Charging Infrastructure in Africa ()

Project Overview
We are seeking a freelancer or agency to develop a mobile app + web dashboard for a new network of electric vehicle charging stations in Côte d’Ivoire (West Africa).
Volteo is a high-impact initiative focused on e-mobility, clean energy and digital inclusion. The app will serve a fast-growing market with over 170% mobile penetration and a strong reliance on Mobile Money payments.

Mission Goals
You will deliver a full solution including:
• A modern, responsive mobile app (Android/iOS/Webapp)
• A white-label admin dashboard for EV charging station operators
• User authentication via WhatsApp or email with 2FA
• Mobile Money payment integration (Orange, MTN, Moov, Wave)
• Remote session control via OCPP protocol

Skills Required
• Mobile development (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift…)
• Backend/API development (Node.js, Laravel, Django…)
• Payment API integration (esp. Mobile Money in Africa)
• OCPP 1.6 protocol integration (JSON or SOAP)
• UI/UX design mobile-first – Africa-focused experience is a plus

Project Breakdown (Deliverables by Lot)
We structured the work into 6 milestone-based deliverables:
1. UI/UX Design – app/web mockups and prototype
2. Authentication System – WhatsApp/email + 2FA
3. Map & Charging Station Locator – live map with filters
4. Reservation + Mobile Money Payments
5. Admin Dashboard + OCPP backend integration
6. Testing Environment + Documentation & Handover
Each milestone will be linked to a payment (10% to 25% per lot).

• Collaboration: sprint-based, Git access, 2 syncs per week
• Languages: French/English are welcome
