Build backend for small website

I have a small store page that needs backend devoloped using PHP and SQL.

1. I need admin panel (Edit the items on store and display sale graphs).
2. I need registration page and log in page (User can view order history).
3. I need cart and cart button to function.

For the pages you add use the product page as template.
