Build Unified Data Web App

I have already sketched out and tested the core logic behind several internal tools; what I am missing is a polished, single-stop web application that pulls them together and stores every piece of data centrally. The finished product should feel modern and intuitive while giving me a straightforward way to review everything users submit.

Core requirements
• Entirely web-based (desktop and mobile-responsive).
• User input collected through text fields, dropdown menus and checkboxes exactly as the current flow demands.
• All submissions saved to one secure data store so I can view, filter or export them later—database choice is flexible as long as it is reliable and easy to back up.
• Clean, attractive UI that elevates the “rough” tools I have now without changing how they work under the hood.

Deliverables
- Front-end pages that recreate each existing tool inside a cohesive interface.
- Back-end endpoints/models that capture and persist every user input.
- A simple admin or export screen where I can inspect and download collected data (CSV/Excel is fine).
- Clear instructions for deploying the app to my preferred host.
