Build Modern Custom Website

I need a developer to craft a modern, clean website built entirely from scratch—no WordPress, no Shopify. The look and feel should stay minimalist, uncluttered and fast, with smooth responsiveness across mobile, tablet and desktop.

I will provide the branding assets, copy and a rough sitemap. You will recommend the most suitable tech stack, handle both front-end and back-end work, and deploy the finished site on my hosting. Clean, well-commented code and basic on-page SEO are important to me, as is cross-browser testing before launch.
