Build Custom SaaS Web App

I'm looking for an expert MERN Stack developer to build a custom SaaS-based web application, InstantPDFEditor.com. This is a Phase-1 MVP that will include 30 essential PDF tools, with a focus on PDF to Word and PDF to JPG conversions. The application should be built using ReactJS for the frontend, NodeJS (Express) for the backend, and MongoDB or MySQL for the database. We will host the app on AWS, utilizing S3, EC2, and CDN services.

Key Features:
- User Signup/Login with Email and Password authentication
- File Upload with Auto Delete after 1 hour
- Support for Hindi and English Google Fonts, including 22 Hindi fonts
- Subscription management via Razorpay
- Basic Admin Panel for management
- Mobile Responsive Design

User Roles:
