About the Project:
We are looking for a skilled development team to build a modern Fleet Management and GPS Vehicle Tracking System from scratch. The platform will enable real-time vehicle tracking, route optimization, fuel consumption analysis, and violation alerts (speeding, idling, geofencing).

Scope of Work:

1. Web Dashboard: A comprehensive admin panel for fleet managers to view vehicles on a map, generate reports, and manage users.
2. Mobile Applications (iOS & Android): Native or cross-platform apps for drivers and managers to receive alerts and share live location.
3. Backend Infrastructure: A scalable server to handle data from GPS devices, process real-time location updates, and serve APIs to the frontend apps.
4. Hardware Integration: Integration with popular GPS tracking devices (e.g., Teltonika, Queclink, or generic trackers using TCP/UDP protocols).
5. App Store Deployment: Handling the entire process of publishing the apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Required Technical Skills & Expertise:

· Backend Development:
· Proficiency in Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript), Python (Django/FastAPI), or PHP (Laravel).
· Strong experience with real-time data communication (WebSockets, MQTT, or raw TCP/UDP socket programming).
· Database management (PostgreSQL with PostGIS for geospatial data, MySQL, or MongoDB). Experience with time-series databases (like InfluxDB) is a plus.
· Frontend Development (Web Panel):
· Experience with modern frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
· Must-have: Integration of mapping libraries (Leaflet/OpenStreetMap, Mapbox, or Google Maps JavaScript API).
· Mobile Development (iOS & Android):
· Experience with Flutter or React Native for cross-platform development (maintaining a single codebase for both stores).
· Native (Kotlin for Android / Swift for iOS) development skills are also acceptable.
· Experience with background location tracking and optimizing for battery consumption.
· Hardware & IoT Integration:
· Ability to parse data streams from GPS trackers. Familiarity with Teltonika protocols or general NMEA/MEITrack protocols is a strong advantage.
· DevOps & Deployment:
· Experience deploying applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Console.
· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
