Booking Web App or software with Google Cloud Backend + Full Knowledge Transfer

We are looking to build a full-featured **Boat Booking Web Application** with both frontend and backend, including:

Core Requirements:
- User Booking Form with date/time selection
- Razorpay Payment Integration
- Booking confirmation email to Admin
- Admin Login Panel to:
- View all bookings
- Download reports
- Upload images/files if needed
- Google Cloud-based backend (App Engine / Cloud Run preferred)
- MySQL / Firebase database

Knowledge Transfer Required:
- Developer should **work like a team member** with me
- Full explanation of code, deployment, and how to manage
- Screen sharing, walkthrough videos, or live guidance (English or Kannada)
- All files and documentation should be handed over

Access Required:
- Client panel for bookings
- Admin panel for backend control

Preferred Stack:
- Frontend: HTML/CSS/JS
- Backend: PHP (or Node.js)
- Database: Google Cloud SQL / Firebase
- Hosting: Google Cloud (App Engine or similar)
- Payment: Razorpay

Budget:
