Backend for a gambling site

Hello all! we are working on developing an online gambling site, we have a small team of front end programmers, some designer, marketing, ... but we need someone to develop the back end, it would be a casino back end, and everything related to it.

We are looking for any developer who meets the characteristics, but if you speak Spanish, the better.
