I'm seeking someone to set up the backend for my frontend website and redesign it. This project must be completed within 1 week.

Hosting Requirements: CPanel or Cloud Run

Redesign Needed:
- New layout and color scheme
- Add new pages or sections
- Improve existing design and functionality

Backend Functionalities:
- User authentication
- Database integration
- API connections

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in backend development
- Experience with CPanel and Cloud Run
