Backend Development for Transport Management System

We have a fully designed Next.js frontend for our Transport Management System (in Turkish). Now we're looking for an experienced developer to build and integrate the backend making the system fully functional and ready for production.

Scope of Work:
Backend development from scratch (you can choose the stack - Node.js, Django, Laravel, etc.)
Integration with our existing Next.js frontend
Multi-role system with proper permissions and authentication
Database design and setup (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB - your choice)
API endpoints for all modules
Secure login system
Backend deployment setup (Docker, VPS, or other production-ready options)

Frontend is already built in Turkish; your task is focused purely on backend logic and integration with a few UI fixes.
