Backend Development for Startup Community Platform

We are building a startup community web platform. The complete frontend design (HTML, CSS, Figma) is already done – now we are looking for a skilled backend developer/team to bring it to life.

What we need:

Database design & integration (PostgreSQL/MySQL preferred).

User authentication & role management (admin, user, contributor).

Dynamic modules:

Startup Stories / Neo Stories / Tech updates (CRUD functionality).

Podcast/video embedding.

Events (Past, Recent, Upcoming) with ability to add/edit.

Pipeline stages, calendar view, tagging & search.

API layer for frontend consumption.

Scalable architecture (future mobile app integration ready).

Admin dashboard for managing users, events, stories, and community stats.

Deployment-ready setup (AWS/GCP/Azure + Docker if possible).

Frontend enhancements (small but impactful):

Add missing buttons, hover effects, and call-to-action elements.

Improve responsiveness across devices.

UI/UX polish for a premium look while keeping the same design language.

Performance optimization (lazy loading, efficient asset usage).

Tech Preferences (open to suggestions):

Backend framework: Django / Flask (Python), Node.js, or similar robust option.

Database: PostgreSQL (preferred) or MySQL.

Hosting: AWS / GCP / Azure.

Version control: GitHub/GitLab with proper documentation.
