Backend Developer for long term weekly

I'm seeking a skilled backend developer to work on creating and maintaining RESTful APIs using Express and MongoDB. Your responsibilities will include designing MongoDB schemas and models in Express using Mongoose, and ensuring the APIs adhere to coding standards with a proper folder structure, modularity, and DRY principles.

Key Requirements:
- Develop RESTful APIs with functionalities for user authentication, data CRUD operations, and integration with third-party services.
- Integrate APIs with payment gateways, social media platforms, and email services.
- Collaborate on daily or weekly tasks, with tasks assigned at the start of the day or week by mutual agreement.
- Ensure code quality through pull requests and reviews.
- Integrate APIs with a frontend developed in Next.js and Tailwind CSS.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Express.js and MongoDB, with experience in Mongoose for schema design.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API principles and best practices.
- Experience with user authentication, data management, and third-party service integrations.
- Familiarity with frontend integration, particularly with Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
- Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
