* Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve backend performance.
* Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

## Requirements

* Strong experience with **Node.js, Golang, or Python**.
* Experience building RESTful APIs or backend services.
* Good understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
* Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
* Understanding of software architecture and backend best practices.
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.

## Nice to Have

* Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
* Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Knowledge of blockchain or Web3 technologies.
* Experience working in startup or agile environments.
