Experienced Backend Developer Required for Vehicle Parts Marketplace Platform

Project Overview
We are building a multi-vendor vehicle spare parts marketplace based on a request → quote → selection workflow.

Customers submit vehicle part requests using their vehicle registration number, multiple sellers submit quotes, and the customer selects one seller to proceed with the order.
The platform includes Customer, Seller, and Admin dashboards with strict permission-based access.

This is a serious product, not a demo or MVP, and we already have clear workflows, logic, and scope defined.

Scope of Work (Backend Development)
You will be responsible for backend architecture, APIs, business logic, role permissions, and integrations.

Customer Module
Enter vehicle registration number
Fetch and confirm vehicle details (DVLA API)
Submit part request (dropdown or manual entry)
Optional file uploads (images / documents)
Auto customer account creation after first request
Generate unique reference ID for every request
Email notification on request submission

Customer dashboard:
View submitted requests
Compare quotes from multiple sellers
Accept one quote
View order/request status

No online payment functionality required

Seller Module
Secure seller login

Seller dashboard:
View new customer enquiries
Submit quotes (price + delivery timeline)
View accepted quotes / confirmed orders
Update order status manually
View earnings summary
Data isolation is critical:

Sellers must NOT see other sellers’ quotes

Sellers can access only their own enquiries, orders, and earnings

Admin Panel (Full Control)
Seller management:
Add / remove sellers
Edit seller company details
Verify VAT / company numbers
Request & quote monitoring
Order overview (without payment handling)
Seller renewal & subscription management
Automated renewal reminders
Seller rating management
Dispute handling
Full platform visibility & controls

Roles & Permission Levels
Admin – Full control over the platform
Seller – Quotes, orders, status updates, earnings
Customer – Request parts, compare quotes, select seller
Role-based access control (RBAC) is mandatory.
