I’m looking for a developer to build a custom web tool that automatically collects daily publications related to newly established companies and company changes from a specific online source. The system should extract all relevant data, store it in a database, and display everything inside a clean and secure admin dashboard.

I need a full-stack developer who can turn an industry-specific registry into a daily, self-updating data feed. Every 24 hours the tool should navigate the site, scrape all newly registered companies and any official changes, normalise the information, and insert it into a deduplicated SQL database.

Inside the private interface I want a clean, responsive dashboard with secure e-mail/password login and two roles—admin and standard user. Both roles can search, while only admins manage settings. The dashboard must offer date-range, company-status and location filters, plus a quick search box. Clicking a record should open a detailed view that shows the full filing, related updates and a one-click “Generate PDF” button that fills our predefined template. Users should also be able to export the current list to CSV or Excel.

Because the registry is dynamic, solid experience with headless browsers or puppeteer/selenium is essential, alongside a conventional backend stack (Node, Python or similar) for the scraper, API and database layer. A modern JS or PHP admin theme is fine so long as it’s responsive and secure.

Deliverables:
• Scraper that runs automatically once a day and on-demand
• Normalised SQL schema with duplicate prevention
• REST or GraphQL API powering the dashboard
• Admin panel with the features above, deployed behind HTTPS
