App for Android and iOS

I’m laying the groundwork for a two-sided marketplace that links Service Providers with Clients, and I need a solid, scalable base to grow from. The immediate goal is to deliver a production-ready mobile application for iOS and Android plus the core backend that will later power a full web version.

What I need built now
• Cross-platform mobile app (iOS + Android) supporting the two roles: Service Provider and Client
• Phone-number registration with OTP verification, including password-less sign-in flow
• Guided, multi-step form so Clients can post detailed requests
• Offer and status management so Providers can respond, track, and update each request
• Lightweight in-app messaging for basic communication between the two parties
• Automatic PDF or similar document generation summarising each confirmed job or offer
• REST/GraphQL API and database schema designed for easy expansion
• Web-based admin panel for user, content, and transaction oversight
• Code architecture pre-wired for future monetisation (e.g., Stripe in-app payments, subscription tiers) and for plugging in a React / Vue web front end later

Key expectations
• Clean, modular code and clear documentation so future teams can extend the system
• Source control (Git) with well-named commits and an issue tracker we both can follow
• Deployment scripts or instructions for staging and production (Docker or similar welcome)
• Basic unit tests on critical flows (auth, request creation, status change)
• Regular progress check-ins and the willingness to iterate on feedback
