I need a B2B expert

I am looking for a B2B expert. The business is a website which lists contracting jobs and tenders for businesses. The aim is to find contractors/businesses that are interested in these jobs and direct them to the website. We will use Linkedin and Twitter only for the B2B marketing. Please tell me how you will do this and techniques used.
