Tech Sales Outreach Specialist

We’re MT BYTES an IT services company and we already have a huge contact database — now we need someone who can work the list and turn it into real opportunities.
Your job will be:
- Go through our Apollo contacts and filter the ones that match our ideal client profile
- Send outreach emails or LinkedIn messages to start conversations
- Warm them up and pass the interested ones to our sales closers
- Keep track of outreach and responses in our CRM
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with B2B outreach and lead qualification
- Good written communication (friendly but professional)
- Someone who’s not afraid to follow up until they get a reply
Payment:
We can do hourly or per qualified lead — whatever works best for both sides.
