• Maintain a simple pipeline report so we can track leads, calls made, demos booked, and deals closed.

• A clear outreach plan and daily activity targets before calls begin.
• Weekly progress updates in a shared sheet.
• At least the first three paying clients onboarded within the initial engagement period.
