B2B Sales Growth Marketing
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
My priority is to drive measurable B2B revenue uplift through a well-structured marketing roadmap that centres on two proven channels—email marketing and search-engine marketing (SEM). The overarching objective is clear: every tactic, calendar entry, and creative asset must connect directly to boosting sales, not merely impressions or clicks.
Context & Scope
• Current challenge: solid product–market fit but inconsistent lead velocity and a long sales cycle that needs shortening.
• Target audience: decision-makers at medium-sized businesses; typical buyer personas include operations managers and procurement leads.
• Existing assets: basic CRM, a small opt-in email list, Google Ads account with sparse historical data.
What the finished work should cover
1. Channel-specific game plan
– Email: lifecycle nurture flows (welcome, education, re-engagement) and a steady drip of sales-ready offers.
– SEM: keyword portfolio, ad-group structure, copy angles, bid strategy, and landing-page alignment.
2. Funnel mapping that links every touchpoint—from first search query or inbox open—through to closed-won.
3. KPIs and forecasting model: pipeline value, cost per SQL, ROAS targets, and timelines for hitting breakeven.
4. Creative and copy guidelines tailored to B2B tone yet still persuasive and human.
5. Implementation schedule with clear ownership, testing cadence, and hand-off notes so our in-house team can execute or iterate confidently.
Acceptance criteria
• Strategies are action-ready (no generic theory) and tie directly to sales metrics.
• All recommendations respect current tool stack: HubSpot, Google Ads, and Mailchimp.
• Deliverables arrive in a single editable deck plus supporting spreadsheets/templates, ready for immediate deployment.
