**About the Role:**
We run a done-for-you outbound lead generation service for small and mid-sized businesses. We fully manage their cold email campaigns — from lead list building to booked calls on their calendar. We're looking for a closer who can prospect, pitch, and sign new clients on a 100% commission basis with recurring monthly payouts.

**What You'll Be Selling:**
Done-For-You Outbound Lead Generation — 3 tiers:

- Starter Plan: $1,500/mo — 1 audience, 1,000–1,500 emails/mo, reply management, monthly reporting
- Growth Plan: $2,500/mo — 2 audiences, 3,000–5,000 emails/mo, A/B testing, calendar booking, bi-weekly reporting
- Scale Plan: $4,000–$5,000/mo — 3-4 audiences, 8,000–15,000 emails/mo, LinkedIn outreach, dedicated account manager, weekly reporting

The client's only job is to show up to the sales calls we book for them.

**Your Responsibilities:**
- Prospect and identify ideal clients via cold email, LinkedIn, or phone
- Qualify leads and book or conduct discovery calls
- Present the service and close deals using provided scripts and materials
- Manage follow-up until deal is closed or dead
- Report weekly on outreach activity, pipeline status, and closes

- B2B companies with a sales team but no consistent lead flow
- Marketing agencies wanting to add outbound for their clients
- Any business owner stuck relying on referrals for growth

**Ideal Candidate:**
- Proven track record closing B2B service deals
- Comfortable pitching to business owners and decision makers
- Experience in digital marketing, lead gen, or SaaS sales preferred
- Self-starter who prospects independently without being chased
- Strong written and spoken English
- Reliable pipeline tracker and communicator

**Compensation — Recurring 20% Commission:**
- Starter close ($1,500/mo) = $300/mo recurring to you
- Growth close ($2,500/mo) = $500/mo recurring to you
- Scale close ($4,000/mo) = $800/mo recurring to you

This is not a one-time payout. You earn every month the client stays active.

- Close 5 Growth clients = $2,500/mo recurring
- Close 10 Growth clients = $5,000/mo recurring
- Mix of tiers with 10 clients = $3,000–$8,000/mo recurring
