We’re looking for an SEO specialist to help improve our organic visibility, lead generation, and search performance across key service areas.
This is not just traffic-focused, we want someone who understands B2B, technical services, and lead-driven SEO.
Key Objectives
Increase visibility for high-value keywords (e.g. planning consultancy, LVIA, renewable energy planning)
Improve organic lead generation
Strengthen search presence across UK & Ireland markets
Optimise existing website content and structure
Support long-term SEO strategy aligned with business growth
Performance & Reporting
Monthly reporting on:
Rankings
Traffic
Conversions / leads
Recommendations for continuous improvement
What Success Looks Like
Increase in qualified website enquiries
Improved rankings for core service keywords
Growth in organic traffic (quality > quantity)
Stronger visibility in target regions (UK & Ireland)
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in B2B or consultancy SEO
Experience in renewable energy / infrastructure / engineering sectors (preferred)
Strong understanding of lead generation SEO
Familiar with tools like:
Google Analytics
Google Search Console
SEMrush / Ahrefs
Ability to translate SEO into business impact
