SDR for Microsoft Dynamics Client Outreach
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced SDR (Sales Development Representative) or appointment setter to help generate meetings with potential clients and partners interested in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP). You’ll be responsible for outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels using your own tools and contact lists.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential SMB clients (10–100 employees) in service, sales, or distribution industries within Canada and the U.S.
- Reach out to accountants, IT providers, and consultants for potential partnerships.
- Conduct personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Log all outreach activity in Excel (template provided).
- Schedule qualified meetings directly into team's calendar.
- Maintain consistent reporting and communication on progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting.
Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, or IT consulting services (preferred but not required).
Excellent written English and strong LinkedIn/email communication skills.
Access to your own prospecting and outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, etc.).
Ability to work independently and report results clearly.
Strict adherence to applicable outreach and data protection legislation (CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR if applicable) and understanding of compliant outreach practices.
Hours:** ~20 hours/week (flexible schedule)
Compensation:
Hourly: Hourly based on experience
Bonus: Per closed deal sourced from your meetings
Ideal Candidate:
You’re a motivated, self-managed professional who enjoys outreach and building relationships. You’re comfortable reaching business owners and decision-makers, and you know how to write messages that get replies — not marked as spam.
How to Apply:
Please include:
- A short note about your experience with B2B appointment setting.
- The tools you use for prospecting and outreach.
- Your expected performance — how many qualified meetings you believe you can set per month based on your experience.
- Examples of results you’ve achieved (e.g., meetings booked per month)
