We are looking for a Chinese-speaking Virtual Assistant (VA) to help recruit qualified sales/marketing professionals exclusively from Chinese companies in the Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) industry (e.g., lithium-ion/gasoline power tools).
# Key Tasks:
1.Identify & contact target respondents (Sales/Marketing Managers or Directors) from Chinese OPE manufacturers (e.g., Greenworks, Dongcheng, Husqvarna China, etc.).
2.Screen candidates via a 10-question survey and schedule 15-minute phone interviews (hosted by our team).
3.Verify qualifications:
- Must be based in China and work for a Chinese power tools company.
- 3-5+ years in sales/marketing, familiar with China’s OPE market.

✔ Fluent in Chinese & English (to communicate with our team).
✔ Experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling, or market research in China.
