Average client deal size: $3,300 to $3,800.

2. YOUR ROLE (VERY CLEAR)
Your only responsibility is email outreach.
A) Send outbound cold emails
B) Target home service business owners in Orange County
C) Get them to reply or call
D) Book real phone conversations
You are NOT required to close deals, but there is upside if you can.

3. WHAT IS A “SUCCESSFUL / QUALIFIED CALL”
You get paid ONLY when ALL of the following are true:
A) The call lasts at least 10 minutes
B) The prospect is a home service business owner or decision-maker
C) They are open to hearing about our service
D) The call actually happens (no-shows do not count)
E) The lead came from your email outreach
If all conditions are met, you get paid.
If not, there is no payout.
