B2B Prospect Contact Data Enrichment

I have a list of B2B companies and I need each record enriched with reliable contact information—specifically the best-reach email address and direct phone number for the key person attached to the company. Accuracy is critical, so please work from trusted online databases such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo (these two are my preferred sources) and cross-check on google whenever possible before submitting.

Deliverable
• A clean spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheet) containing one row per prospect with the following columns: Company Name, Contact Name, Title, Email, Direct Phone, Source Link.
• All emails must pass basic validation (no obvious bounces, generic “info@” addresses are not so desirable).
• Phone numbers should be direct dials when available; otherwise note “main line” in a separate column.

I will review a small sample first, then give the go-ahead for regular batches. Let me know how many verified contacts you can deliver per day and any relevant tools or techniques you prefer to use.
