I need a responsive HTML email template that I can reuse for both my regular B2B newsletters and occasional promotional offers. The audience is senior decision-makers at Pharma/FMCG/other sectors, so the overall look has to stay professional and formal while still feeling current.
Key requirements
• Incorporate our existing logo, colour palette and typography so the template drops seamlessly into our brand guidelines.
• Prominent, well-spaced call-to-action buttons that render correctly across Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and the major mobile clients.
• Fully commented code, inline CSS and a single-column layout for maximum compatibility with most ESPs (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Editable text and image areas so my team can swap content without touching the code.
Acceptance criteria
• Pixel-perfect display on the latest versions of Outlook, Gmail (web & app), Apple Mail, Yahoo and Thunderbird.
• Litmus or Email on Acid test screenshots supplied to verify rendering.
• Final hand-off includes the HTML file plus any assets, a short style guide, and a quick start note explaining where to edit copy and links.
If you already have a proven process for balancing design aesthetics with email-client quirks, I’d love to see a couple of samples or screenshots from previous B2B work when you respond.
